Charlie Kirk’s murder was the worst political assassination in America since the 1960s.
Americans continue to learn more about Kirk’s killing.
And one map and Charlie Kirk’s assassination attempt are connected in a way that is chilling.
FBI Director Kash Patel announced an 11-count indictment against the left-wing Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC).
The SPLC was a so-called “civil rights” group that allegedly monitored white supremacy and domestic extremists.
Prosecutors allege it was all a sham.
The indictment charged that the SPLC manufactured the racism and domestic extremism by paying undercover operatives to lead the groups that the SPLC would then designate as hate groups.
The SPLC also created a “hate map” to identify “racist” and “extremist” individuals and groups.
This had real-life consequences.
A deranged leftist stormed the offices of the Family Research Council and shot the building manager after the SPLC designed the FRC as a “hate group.”
Turning Point USA’s Andrew Kolvet appeared on Jesse Watters’ Fox News shows and revealed that the SPLC put Turning Point on its hate map four months before Charlie Kirk’s assassination.
“There is a supply and demand issue when it comes to hate. So they had to gin up more, they had to manufacture more hate, and when they run out of actual racist and KKK and Aryan Nation groups, guess what? They turn to Turning Point USA,” Kolvet stated.
“And Jesse, I hope your audience realizes this and really internalizes this. They put Turning Point USA on the hate map at the SPLC, the quote-unquote hate map, in May of 2025. Less than four months later, Charlie would be killed by an assassin who said, quote Some hate can’t be negotiated out,” Kolvet added.
Tyler Robinson confessed to killing Kirk, saying he wanted to put a stop to Kirk’s hate.
Kolvet connected the SPLC hate map designation to Kirk’s assassination, declaring that the SPLC put a “hit” out on Kirk.
“They put a hit on Charlie. They put us on a target list, and I will never forget, Jesse, that when this happened, I remember talking with Charlie, and he said, ” You know, in typical Charlie fashion, he wasn’t worried about himself. He was worried about our students,” Kolvet continued.
Kolvet went on to rip the SPLC for creating a gift by funding the leaders of extremist groups who staged events like the Unite the Right rally in Charlottesville, where an attendee killed a left-wing counterprotestor.
The SPLC then saw its donations skyrocket as it fundraised off the extremist behavior it paid for.
“This wasn’t just about Charlie, although this obviously tragically impacted all of Charlie and us directly, but he was worried about our students all over across the country, and honestly, this is blood money. You mentioned that their donations skyrocketed, almost tripled in one year after Charlottesville, which they helped fund. This is blood money, Jesse, and if MGM and JP Morgan and Tim Apple and the Clooneys have any self-respect, they would demand their money back,” Kolvet concluded.
