In President Trump’s first term, the Deep State deployed warrantless domestic spying to try to frame Trump for colluding with Russia.
As the war with Iran commenced, the Deep State repeated that playboy.
Carlson posted a video to social media revealing that the Deep State illegally spied on his text messages to try to frame him as an Iranian asset.
“The CIA is preparing some kind of criminal referral against me, a crime report to the Department of Justice, based on a supposed crime I committed,” Carlson stated. “What’s that crime? Well, talking to people in Iran before the war. They read my texts.”
Carlson revealed that Deep State operatives were scheming to charge Carlson under the Foreign Agent Registration Act, which Carlson rejected by declaring that his only allegiance is to the United States.
“I’m not an agent of a foreign power,” Carlson added. “Unlike a lot of people commenting on U.S. politics and global affairs, I have only one loyalty, and that’s the United States, and have never acted against it.”
Carlson expressed optimism that this wouldn’t turn into a criminal case since he hadn’t done anything wrong.
“Legally, I think, the case is ludicrous, and I doubt it’ll even become a case,” Carlson added.
In the Russia hoax, the Deep State targeted President Trump because he opposed the war with Russia that the D.C. establishment had spent years planning for.
Pro-Trump pundit Mike Cernovich saw similarities in how the Deep State manufactured the Russia collusion hoax and the plot against Carlson.

Similarly, Carlson said forces inside the Deep State sought to run him because he opposed war in the Middle East,
“[There are] some people who are mad at me for my views about Israel, and they have some latitude,” Carlson said. “One of the reasons they pass on criminal complaints in effect to law enforcement is to justify warrants for spying. And so that is an absolutely real thing.”

The criminal who waged lawfare against President Trump, illegally spied on him, and tried to put him in prison never seems to face criminal charges.
