Supreme Court Says Trump Can End TPS for 350,000 Haitian Illegal Aliens
Barack Obama granted Temporary Protected Status (TPS) to Haitian illegal aliens following an earthquake in that country back in 2010.
TPS prevents the government from deporting any illegal aliens bearing that designation.
Joe Biden and rogue leftist judges tried to turn temporary into permanent.
First, Biden extended TPS status for Haitians into 2026 before leaving office.
Then, outlaw leftist judges issued rulings blocking President Trump from ending that TPS status.
Trump and his supporters were outraged at these decisions, which amounted to left-wing justices ruling that a Democrat President could grant amnesty to illegal aliens, but that a Republican President, specifically Donald Trump, possessed no power to revoke that amnesty.
This ruling was part of a larger pattern of Democrat judges issuing rulings that effectively held that Trump couldn’t act as President.
Megyn Kelly Applauds the Ruling
Megyn Kelly endorsed President Trump in 2024 and campaigned for him on stage at rallies in large part because of her outrage over Joe Biden opening the border to tens of millions of illegal aliens.
On her podcast, Kelly reacted with glee over the Supreme Court’s ruling, which will allow Trump to deport hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens that Joe Biden and Barack Obama allowed to take up permanent residency in the United States through the TPS scheme.
“TPS (temporary protection status) designations are supposed to be for specific periods of time. Hence the word ‘temporary,’ Kelly declared adding that “The Obama admin granting Haitians TPS in 2010 due to the country’s devastating earthquake. Syrians receiving it in 2012 because of the country’s civil war. I mean, cry me a river. We have our own problems.”
Kelly argued that allowing illegal aliens from the third world to lounge around America dilutes our nation’s culture, values, and work ethic.
“TPS for both countries extended multiple times. And look, this has been going on for over a dozen years. Go home! Get out! We know our country is better than yours. That’s because we filled it with our work ethic, our culture, and our values! You being here only dilutes it for us, those who built it and live it. And half of you people — more than half of you — won’t assimilate. We don’t want you!” Kelly added.
Kelly then had one message to the Haitian illegal aliens – go back home.
“We don’t care if you’re offended. Get out! Go home! Go back to f*cking Haiti! Sorry, I’m just I’m thinking about our friends in Ohio who’ve been dealing with these TPS Haitians for years now who are drunk driving all over their towns and killing people. This is the whole cats and dogs thing, like, they don’t want to live like Americans live. And this was supposed to be a temporary — It was supposed to be temporary help, and it’s turned into another backdoor way of allowing someone permanent residency here,” Kelly concluded.
