The deep state was gunning for Kash Patel.
Americans now know the ugly truth.
And one massive smoking gun just turned Kash Patel’s life upside down.
As American Patriot Daily reports:
Biden prosecutor Jack Smith wasn’t just targeting President Trump with the January 6 and classified documents hoaxes.
Smith sought to use these witch hunts as the pretext for dismantling their entire Trump political movement.
Iowa Republican Chuck Grassley already revealed that Smith spied on the phone records of 11 pro-Trump members of Congress.
Grassley’s latest bombshell exposed Smith’s invasion of every aspect of Kash Patel’s life.
Smith issued two grand jury subpoenas for Patel. One covering the period from January 1, 2021, to November 23, 2023. And the second covered records from October 1, 2020, through February 22, 2023.
These documents showed Smith demanded the whole kit and kaboodle to spy on Patel’s text messages, emails, bank records, and phone logs.
The new documents viewed by Reuters show that the probe into Patel was more extensive than previously reported. In addition to phone numbers, online user names, and text messages, Smith and his team sought mailing and email addresses, billing and IP addresses, and bank account information, according to the documents.
“The requests included records of calls and texts sent and received, but not the contents of those phone calls or messages themselves, the documents show. They also included records of session times and the duration of calls, as well as subscriber information associated with Patel’s accounts,” Reuters reported.
Grassley provided yet another smoking gun to expose the manner in which Joe Biden weaponized the government against President Trump and his supporters.
“The FBI under prior leadership was weaponized in ways the American people are only now beginning to fully grasp,” FBI spokesman Ben Williamson said in response to the revelation.
Congressional Republicans were livid.
Smith spied on members of Congress and private citizens like Patel despite there being no evidence that they committed a crime.
“The American people deserve to know the full extent of Jack Smith’s partisan investigative tactics that unjustly targeted sitting Members of Congress as well as ordinary law-abiding citizens,” Republican Wisconsin Senator Ron Johnson said in a statement obtained by the Daily Caller. “I expect AT&T and Verizon to fully comply with my January 13, 2026, subpoenas for records that will provide Senator Grassley and me with even more evidence of the Biden administration’s efforts to weaponize the federal justice system against President Trump and his allies.”
Jack Smith is now facing a reckoning for his scheme to manipulate the justice system to destroy Donald Trump and his political operations ahead of the 2024 election.
