Tucker Carlson was one of President Trump’s closest friends and biggest allies.
But Carlson broke with the President over the Iran War.
And now a top Trump ally confronted Tucker Carlson and all hell broke loose.
Trump Social Media Advisor Confronts Carlson
Tucker Carlson was critical of the President over the handling of the Epstein files, the decision to go to war with Iran, and ousting Congressman Thomas Massie.
Trump social media advisor Alex Buresewitz is close with both the President and Donald Trump Jr.
Buresewitz went on Carlson’s podcast both to address Carlson’s criticisms of Trump and to show that the big tent of the MAGA movement still included Carlson and the wing of the coalition that opposed foreign wars.
On social media, Buresewitz addressed his appearance on Carlson’s podcast, as many warmongers and neoconservatives were up in arms over Buresewitz attacking them for opposing Trump’s peace deal to oppose the Iran War, and wondered why he wasn’t so belligerent towards Carlson.
Buresewitz explained that he was friends with Carlson and wanted to address Tucker face-to-face rather than on X.
In his post, Buresewitz wrote that he told Carlson why every single one of his criticisms of Trump was wrong.
“Here’s what I told him: It’s flat-out wrong to claim Trump covered up for Epstein … It’s a dishonest smear to claim that Trump is a slave to Israel. Trump’s position on Iran has remained consistent from day one: Iran should never have a nuclear weapon,” Buresewitz wrote.
On the podcast, Buresewitz described the Iran war as a “a 90-day blip” that accomplished America’s objectives with minimal loss of life.
Buresewitz also told Carlson that the decision to go to war was Trump’s and Trump’s alone.
“The president wanted to [launch the war]… It was the president’s instincts. It certainly wasn’t, uh, blackmail related to Epstein,” Buresewitz added.
Foreign Influence on Politics
Warmongers like Ben Shapiro and Mark Levin have increasingly smeared Carlson as an anti-Semite because of his opposition to war with Iran.
Buresewitz told Carlson he rejected that claim, which also meant Trump and Trump Jr. did as well.
On social media, after the interview, Buresewitz wrote that the two found common ground on eliminating all foreign money from politics.
“We did find some common ground as well, including the need to get foreign money, whether that money comes from Israel, Qatar, Russia, China, India, or any other nation, out of the online political media ecosystem!” Bruesewitz wrote on X.
For example, warmongers like Ben Shapiro and Mark Levin have increasingly smeared Carlson as an anti-Semite because of his opposition to war with Iran.
Buresewitz told Carlson he rejected that claim, which also meant Trump and Trump Jr. did as well.
Buresewitz and Carlson discussed how the Israeli government paid former Trump campaign manager Brad Parscale $15 million to run an influence operation in America to boost Israel’s image and attack anyone who criticizes the Netanyahu government.
“Public records show a smaller verified total. Parscale’s firm signed a $6 million services agreement with Havas Media Network in August 2025 and has since received $15 million from the company on behalf of the Israeli state, according to the Daily Caller News Foundation. The same operation has been used to attack Carlson himself through shell websites, the outlet reported,” the Daily Caller reported.
And Buresewitz also revealed that the online campaign to slime Carlson as a Jew hater originated from a foreign influence operation.
“A lot of these same influencers have been organized against [Tucker Carlson],” Buresewitz stated.
Buresewitz also revealed how he rejected an offer from an Israeli foundation to promote the war with Iran.
In the interview, Buresewitz and Carlson had a civil conversation in which they outlined their disagreements without banishing anyone from the MAGA movement, and they showed that unity is possible heading into 2026 and 2028.
