Democrats can’t win control of the Senate unless they win the race in Michigan.
Party leaders are experiencing buyer’s remorse about nominee Abdul El-Sayed.
And Chuck Schumer looked on in terror as Abdul El-Sayed defended one sick plot against kids.
Abdul El-Sayed Defends Mutilating Children’s Bodies
El-Sayed stepped into the lion’s den by agreeing to an interview with Fox News Channel’s Jesse Watters.
The appearance delivered the promised fireworks, which isn’t good news for Democrats since the last thing the party wants is El-Sayed creating more controversies for himself.
El-Sayed generated another political disaster when he defended doctors mutilating children’s bodies through castration when they performed transgender surgeries on them.
At first, El-Sayed attempted to defend transgender surgeries for kids as a medical freedom within the Right to Try framework that President Trump signed into law in his first term.
“I remember having great conversations with my conservative friends about Right to Try legislation — the idea that the government shouldn’t tell you what kind of health care you should have. I just think the government shouldn’t tell you what kind of health care you should have, and if you’re a minor, it’s between you and your doctors —” El-Sayed began before Watters interrupted.
Watters asked if El-Sayed really supported trying to castrate kids.
El-Sayed tried to play this off as a normal policy dispute as opposed to a depraved moral framework that asserts kids are born in the wrong bodies and that a doctor’s scalpel can fix the problem.
“Now, if you disagree with that, if you disagree with that, if you disagree that health care decisions need to be made by a doctor and parents and the patient, then I think we just agree to disagree, but, you know, you want to put government inside a clinic or a hospital —” El-Sayed began before Watters asked the devastating question that wrecked El-Sayed.
“So you think it’s OK for a parent to slash his kid’s ding-a-ling off? You think that’s OK?” Watters wondered.
El-Sayed’s Unreal Comparison
El-Sayed then gave Democrats heartburn by comparing chopping off the breasts and genitals of young kids to circumcision and actually asked Waters if he was circumcised.
“I mean, so, do you really wanna have this conversation? Are you circumcised?” El-Sayed asked.
Watters dismissed this comparison for the absurdity that it was.
“A circumcision’s different than castration,” Waters shot back.
El-Sayed tried to recover his footing by claiming that banning mutilating children was interfering in the relationship between a doctor and a patient.
“I just think it’s a problem that you think you get to decide what happens between a parent, a doctor, and a patient. I’m just saying that, yes, circumcision is surgery on a kid’s ding-a-ling, so if you really wanna bring that up, you can,” El-Sayed stated.
Watters mocked El-Sayed, calling his position “sick stuff.”
“That’s wacky. Abdul, Michigan’s not going for that. That is sick stuff,” Watters declared.
Democrats’ support for wildly unpopular positions like transgender surgeries for kids cost them big in 2024.
It may again in 2026.
